money gone on login

Hello,

Whenever I log onto the game, my money is always at 0. I even had successful market reports in the mail the last time.

I tried to get help in game, but that support feature isn't working.

Can someone help?

Can you still use money? Like go to the market and buy stuff or upgrade tech? If so, then its a visual problem.

Also, what device are you on?

If your on an iDevice try restarting the app.
1.click "home" button. You can exit from the game interface
2.double-click the "Home" button
3.press Haypi kingdom icon at the bottom of interface for three seconds
4.click "-"icon to close the Haypi kingdom app
5.click "home" again
6.start game

In addition you can try contacting support threw email by kingdomsupport@haypi.com

It might just be lag, restart the app and wait for it to appear.
