Why dont you create a website?
It can be useful to check servers ranking and overall PVP ranking..
Many could be the stuffs on it , including ad for this game like desktop background...

Is it possible there is no way to check pvp ranking or banned members list???

Then again, why would a banned player list be needed?

While it is always more classy to not reveal banned players, at the same time a wall of shame would be nice. It seems as though some big time players have been banned for cheating quite recently. It would be a small moral victory for us honest players.

If the player is high enough, then it would be a way of letting everyone know that their sub-cities are available for the taking.

Name and shame is a good idea 
