New servers?

I myself have just started a new account on server 80.

The problem is the spammers and hackers. The spamming is causing massive lag. And hackers have admitted to taking down the forums.( I have sent in evidence of them admitting it)

On new servers, would it be possible to move a older and reliable expert to a new server for a few days to watch over chat until good new experts are chosen?

What you suggested actually does happen, an will be happening soon in your server. Just be patient and report any frequent spammers to either your in game support or to kingdomsupport@haypi.com

Experts cannot switch servers unfortunately however if there are a few players doing a gd job an expert will ha chosen be haypi.

@raver, i have played for a while and i know this.

Experts will be chosen as soon as possible (I've seen it happen in 2 days twice now) if there are no suitable experts than people suitable for expert from other servers will be asked to help on the server and given an account if they choose to do it. They are not moved onto the server but make a new account...

Experts can't do anything.

zate, experts can mute the spammers?

Usually the spammers have multiple accounts, and experts only have 10 mutes per day, so muting one doesn't do much since they just log on to a different account
