Problem with attribute points resetting

Hello for my account TanLiHao I found a bug with the attribute points system. Few days ago, I can't remember the exact date but I think it's 2 days ago I tried adding all the attribute points to speed. After adding 10 attribute points, I went to rank up to 2nd civilian and added the remaining 5 attribute points to speed.
Unfortunately something strange happened and my speed got reset to 20 and my attribute points disappeared.
Even after reaching 1st civilian I still have only 5 attribute points and even adding everything to speed again only made my speed stat 25 and not 40.

Is there anything that can be done about this?

Your speed base stat is 0 and not 20 like attack/defence/fortune and I think that your speed should only be 25 at first civilian

OH I'm really sorry because someone told me it started from 20 but I went to double checked already it really start from 0.
