How to deal with cheaters?

We are facing an issue on s77! One man- three faces (X, Y, and Z) is using the troop glitch to both feed himself and make more troops. His one alt X has: 10k,15k,25k,10k. This Is impossible on a 3 week old server.

Our entire server is waring his alliance: Korea
It is an uphill battle. We need help. We've contacted support, yet he still plays.

Please let me know what we should do to stop him.

Please dont name names on the forum. If you can, take SS's of him (scout/war reports, somthing that shows his army) and send them to support at kingdomsupport@haypi.com

Before you do that, what is this players level? He might not be troop glitching cause 10k,15k,25k,10k is possible to keep at a higher level.

That army is not that big... And in a 3 week old server you could have a level 16 (probably) so that's a fairly small army for that level

Get some screenshots, send 'em to support, and it will be looked into.
