Well, here's the update.
Papaya offers can't even speak English and refuse to let me talk to anyone via phone. They deny any problems, yet offered to give me one of their games for free. They will do nothing further.
Tapjoy support are complete idiots. They send me meaningless responses and say each time that I have no completed offers therefore will get no coins. When I responded that I already emailed them proof from Super Rewards that the offer not only completed but was paid by them, I get no response at all... not even a form letter or recognition of email receipt. The last time I heard from them was 5 days ago.
Furthermore, Haypi support is completely love worthless as well. They deny any responsibility at all and have offered no help.
DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND THAT HAYPI GOT PAID BECAUSE I COMPLETED THIS OFFER??????????????
AND I GOT NOTHING IN RETURN!!!!!!!!!!
Yet, Haypi says it's Tapjoy's fault.. tapjoy says Papaya screwed up, and Papaya cannot speak the same language as their customer base, and obviously don't give a rainbow about some guy in the US putting his credit card number out on an offer from Netflix.
Who's going to take responsibility?
My attorney says that Haypi is ultimately responsible because they made the offers available through their software.
Yes, I really did talk to my attorney.
