Re: Anyone else having a problem?

Lost 1205 cavs due to not being able to command my troops when farming a fort.

What do I need to do in order to get them back from support?

Try sending an email to kingdomsupport@haypi.com, hopefully they'll be happy to help you out.

Thanks for the suggestion, and I'll do that. Not holding my breath, though. Haypi support is about the worst game support I've ever seen.

Re: Anyone else having a problem?

Okay firstly, if you guys have no idea how hard our server supports work, don't go on and bash them like you know how hard it is for them. Secondly, they do as best as they can to help every single player. If one support has about 4 servers, imagine HOW MANY LETTERS they get in such a little amount of time saying how many troops they lost, checking all the mail and responding, looking at all the screenshots and making sure they aren't getting cheated. Now, doing that as a load as well as trying to make the game as enjoyable for 90% of the people who spend their money and time playing haypi. It annoys me so much to see ignorant players complain endlessly about the support and how they are "crappy" and how they "don't do anything and take forever to respond." Just remember, are you in their shoes? You're not the only person playing haypi. They do what they can with the limited resources they have to work with. Patience is a virtue.

Good point, thanks for adding this.

I was irritated and hasty in making my remarks.

I would like to point out that last night while I was asleep, support logged in to my account and added the missing troops and sent them on a hunt for me.

Thanks, support.

I was wrong!
