true or not true: if you get hacked so you should get back what you have lost whatever time it took for you to contact them?

And seriously out of every account in HAYPI why would they solely hack your account? It must be related to you giving out your password.

Players are tricked into thinking that another player can benefit them if they give them their password; this is how accounts are mainly hacked, and the word needs to be more widely spread to never tell anybody your password.

Well then if you have solid proof, send it to kingdomsupport@haypi.com as said earlier. Haypi isn't just gonna give out items to whoever says they got hacked without proof. Your screenshots of the trade reports may be ok, however that doesn't tell them that you didn't list them cheaply...
