I got banned for no reason... from chat that is...

What does this mean? and how long?

Send a message to your server support (help tab>support>scroll down and hit "click here") and ask for a reason and how you can fix it

Lol I'm banned for chatting at the moment and that's all it says but I think its for ever or 1 month I'm not sure but I was banned from chat because people told experts that I was bashing and swearing and they were people who hate me!!! And I wasn't even chatting on the evening I git banned!!!
