It said it would take about 8mins. It has now been about 20mins. Have I missed something out? Do I need to do something?

it need 1 hr to complete. 8 mins is for the time reamaining to shut down the servers..

I thought they said "It will last 3 hours"?

Prolly 1 hour for maitnence... And 3 hours to wait for update idk... Someone pull up the system letter!
