How About a Low Resolution Version?

OK, so version 3 is now on my (Samsung Galaxy) Android phone, and It's very pretty. The graphics are very nice.

That being said, this increases the already not inconsequential battery drain from the game.

It would be nice if there were a low resolution/low power setting that one could opt for when one is playing away from an outlet/car jack.

if you turn the brightness of the screen down it also saves battery but is impractical in very brightly lit rooms

I already have my phone set to automatically adjust brightness according to ambient light, but I was noticing that the new version chewed the battery even more than the old one, in addition to the **other issues** which have been discussed at great length.

yes the battery usage is annoying i remember when my battery would last 4/5 hours, now its down to 2 even with the brightness down.i just have it turned right down and make do with hardly being able to see now

I also noticed the new version kills my battery faster. I just keep my phone hooked up to a charger of some sort while playing.
