Attention Support...please help

Hello. I lost my entire army due to starvation because I was unable to log onto account after version update.I had all my troops in one city and was in the middle of an attack on a lvl 10 fort when server closed. I was not on long enough to see the letter telling time of maintenance and it wasn't but 5 minutes after log in that server went down. I immediately went to market and downloaded the 3.0 update and was not able to log on...I checked forum and everyone was having same problem so I waited...9 hours later I keep getting must upgrade to new version when I tried to log in with the upgraded version 3.0. I looked on forums again and someone recommended uninstalling game and then reinstalling it. I have never had to do this in the past due to game auto updating so I gave it a shot and I was finally able to log in but it was too late and I lost all my troops. I would like to have my troops returned to me as soon as possible as this happened due to problems with version update that was out of my control. I have spent alot of money on this game and am excited about playing alliance war.

And FYI....yes I tried contacting in game support.....it is not working...says invalid address. I am on android. Thx.

also i am sure something can be organised so that you get your troops back

I will try that aswell....but I was using the ingame support function under the help tab then contact support. I freaking out....took me a long time to get those troops.
