Android Chat Bug

ok so the whole Censor thing is easily avoided on the Android...
I figure it should be fixed lol
Well when you turn your phone onto caps lock (android)
well the censor stops working...
just thought ya ought to know

I have seen this problem. But it's impact is limited as experts should be there to stop any misbehaving

With a Server like mine S101 the experts are few and far between we have a long list of appointed but the number of actives is alot less
