Cherith, there's no need for that. While I may not agree with what he said, Crusnik took the time to make a long relevant post and share his viewpoint.

Just gotta sound off and say I agree. Compensation to all would be fair. Store is broken now so I can't buy coins anyhow. And lag has cost me troops in multiple attacks. Troops don't matter. The prestige I would have gotten would be nice. But a few hundred coins and An acknowledgement of the problems would help a lot of players stick it out. Come on haypi. Get it together here.

You are right, troops don't matter with this new update

I can't even play the game at all, if only i could play this poor update i would be happier than letting my army all die and lose my prestige I've spent money buying coins also but I'm wondering wether it might just be best to give up playing haypi as it is now really irritating me... Besides it won't let me in the server anyway, comes to the "welcome to haypi kingdom" screen, then just gets stuck on the grey loading screen permanently. Any ideas before I quit?

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, and if you have had any troop or other loss during the transition period, please email kingdomsupport@haypi.com and we will do our best to address your problem in a timely manner. All the loss caused by the server maintanence will be compensated

Please understand the whole haypi team have been working really hard to make the new version work well, and if it cannot live up to your expectation , I feel very soon. If you think there is any unresolved problem, please feel free to let us know, we will fix it as soon as possible.

Dont you think haypi could at least send letters to the players that spend most of their time playing this game do that we know theres gonna be a four hour maintenance and that wr is gonna end. Cuz I had to rely on other players tellung me about things the people who work for haypi aand get paid to odo should do.

For someone who doesnt even bother to read the messages HayPi sends you sure seem confident you have all the answers. Well i know i dont have all the answers. And commen sense would tell you from updates in the past. There was far more problems occuring then had previously figured into the release. Below is the message Haypi sent everyone. Its called "Upcoming Version 3.0Sent June 2 @2:15GMT. Not just myself. were all waiting to hear what you think those messages are for besides filling space in your letter box.

In order to release Haypi Kingdom version 3.0, server maintenance will be kicked off today (probably be started from GMT5:00 to GMT6:00) and it will last about 3 hours. Your warehouse will be filled to the fullest capacity automatically by the system. From GMT 3:00 today, we will put every account in refuse war state for a certain period of time and please note you can still wage alliance war during refuse war time. We will keep each players well informed when the refuse war ends and please pay close attention to system letter.

Window phone 7 version has not been approved yet and window phone users might need to wait for a day or two. iOS users and android users, please download the latest version after the server maintenance.

So we had 3 hours notice on the maintenance. I actually saw this and could react. Same with the 4 hours notice on war refuse period. However, I feel bad for anyone sleeping or at work at the time and couldn't. The whole process was rushed and not well-explained. And I don't think 4 hours is "well informed"...

Granted, something is better than noting, but still. Not good enough.

3 hours is plenty of time. What did you need to do? And for those that didnt get before the work started. We were covered with 12++ hours to spare. Any player that has more troops then they can feed keeps a close watch on them. It would be the players that have not reached that level yet and those that were sleeping during that time would need to be covered. There was still over 375000 in crops in each of my citys when I got on.

To me it didnt seem rushed. It looked as if some unforseen error as problems arose. One server crashed and due to the update it had not been found as quickly as it may have if the update had been a different day. Take into account that all of this is 3 way cross platform a game thats being played on devices designed primarly for talking. It went pretty well from my viewpoint.

What had me bothered on this topic was that a player acted as if he's in dire straits and was demanding compensation for something he got for free. It's nothing compared to the players that were on the server that crashed and lost everything. Everyone had to start over from the beginning.
