24/7 Support

Customer support is number one when running a business. Experts hold hardly any power, and the little they do most abuse that I have seen. Why haven't you hired people so that you can offer your customers support at all times? I'm not talking about appointed players, I mean people that don't play and you pay to make sure things go smoothly. I have mailed support numerous times and have yet to receive a response. I'm not the only player with this outcome either. I think it's a little ridiculous that you want players to spend money on your game but you can't take the time to assure your customers get prompt responses to their problems. I'm not trying to be rude, but come on. What does it take to get a problem resolved around here?

Re: 24/7 Support

I've never had a problem with support not answering me whenever I have problems, even before I was an expert.

Re: 24/7 Support

Many Experts, in fact the majority, are helpful to the community and lower the workload that such a customer support service would have to do. If you have any problems with specific Experts, please do not hesitate to send a message to either "SupportX" ingame (X being your server number) or kingdomsupport@haypi.com asking to confirm their (in)activity. Whether or not they respond to you, the activity and usefulness of the Experts you bring up will be looked into and appropriate action will be taken if any is necessary.

Have fun! :)

Re: 24/7 Support

Haypi may need to come up with a better system of handling inquiries such as assigning ticket numbers. Maybe even a form a player could fill out to allow an automatic system to process the issue. I’m sure many of us feel as though our e-mails to support just go into a spam box and never opened. A more professional system will at least give the appearance as though support has it on their radar.

But don't give us generic emails like they usually do. They see one keyword and paste a response and send it back, and it doesn't even answer the question :(
