Easy. It's called hiring administrators with the money players pay. If they can't support the servers, they shouldn't have them. Simple business logic.

They should also give every server a back-up server... So we don't have s59 deja vu all over again

Yeah im on sever 59 and still rebuilding we lost all of our armies and alliances. Plus our resources and other buildings all went down many levels. We also all got moved on the map and citiy names gone. Missing treasure and money is also another prob

to me this appears to be the work of a hacker. its happened before when the wc on servers were chronologically attacked, and also on these forums when something was systematically spammed....i wont say what was spammed or who did it....and of course the servers are routinely hacked by people for treasure and coins etc.

we all got the same update. we all have the same problems, but strangely enough, we all didnt have these problems as soon as the new update was downloaded. i highly doubt the update was the cause of this.

I had all these problems when I first updated, maybe you didn't but I did

heheh too bad! but yes, i did not have any problems until the servers were attacked, which admin is now claiming was in fact a malicious and illegal act by criminals and not the fault of their servers or the update for that matter. besides, how would the update affect you different than anyone else? we all downloaded the same code.....
