How long?

How long till Haypi will be back up and running? Letting all of Haypi be hacked just like that isn't good enough.

But since support has given us no word on when it will be fixed, I still have no idea

When support does give you a timeframe, triple it and set your expectations at that point. That way, it will arrive on time for you (hopefully) or pleasantly earlier than you expected (although still later than their set time date)

Is it the entire Haypi network that's down or just a server or 2? I'm on server 77 and it won't let me log in.

server 103 is down as well as S85 can't remember the other servers I am on to check those.

It appears to be all servers, if you get in then it works until you quit or the app crashes. Then it's good luck getting back in. In the mean time th army I was trying to hunt when it crashed is sitting exposed.

Im on server 73 if im correct and it wont let me login to the game. Keep getting this error: please check your connection and try again.

Im on wifi and have an excellent connection. It would be a smart move to let players know whats going on, server maintenance or problems that might occur, instead of keeping them in the dark.

All servers are down. Kai claims to have hacked all of Haypi. They must have very bad security. He says he will keep on going until he gets his banned accounts back. I suggest Haypi either gets their act together and makes the game secure, and fixes all the bugs, or give him his accounts back and let us play.

s103 is back up for how long I don't know and I am unable to get my shop tab loaded at all so can't buy coins

Yup, Kai & HaypiHacks are bugging the game so that nobody can log in, thanks to account bans. Personally, I'm not suprised, I had an account banned and no replies from support, then was accused of things I hadn't done and then ignored after spending thousands of $.

Sounds like Haypi are getting their comeuppance.

I'd suggest in the short intervals you can log in, doing damage limitation where your troops are concerned
