Atleast you can get on and play/dispatch many players like myself click the application and immediately get a forced close for 3 days and none of the updates have worked... imagine what's happening to our army and prestige.

The new version is not fun. And I have some suggestions. You guys can make that mine stuff a separate ranking system and bring group alliance prestige back. Zoom the map back out. So you can see more cities and make it faster after that I'll be haypi happy

truth be told, it is still the same exact game with added features that actually dont affect ANY of the previous gameplay elements.
i dont know what the big deal about the alliance rank not being based off collective prestige is all about....the new ranking system i truly feel is a much more accurate representation of an alliances ability to work together to assert their power than merely collecting players with loads of personal prestige who may or may not have a mastery of the game or be a benefit to the actual alliance.
it is still perfectly possible to wage war against any alliance you choose through the conventional pvp system weve been playing with all this time.

Be patient with your glaring mistakes? Your customer service is awful!! Your english is POOR and you IGNORE vital points made by PAYING CUSTOMERS. Your game is BROKEN. You dropped s59 on the floor!!!!!!!!! You deny Kai even EXISTS, why not give him back his accounts and let all your LOYAL and GOOD customers play without disturbance?!

Suggestions for improvements - Take your broken game down, fix it, TEST IT YOURSELVES, then give your customers something they can actually PLAY without constantly digging them for more and more money with the STUPID enhancement stones that was a blantent con for money. Provide a service where people can ACCESS support and be LISTENED TO. Oh and up your security so a game isn't lost thanks to A SIXTEEN YEAR OLD KID.

Everyone I know on haypi preferred the old version of alliance prestige and ranking as it gave us a sense to level up and be better but know its all boring
On the other hand i love the idea of alliance war and stuff as it all sounds really cool but could you please bring the old alliance ranking back
