Vibration before commanding

Hi, I have an idea, I think it would be useful. For example:
you are sending your troops to get a fort. It's a long way, let's say 1 hour. You are putting your phone away and start watching a movie in TV. You're losing a track of time and when you take your phone back to hand, the battle is over. You forgot to command and lost some troops.
My suggestion is to add a vibration signal or beep beep, when there's one minute to start commanding your troops.

Re: Vibration before commanding

You can just set your timer on your iPhone by going to the app 'clock' and selecting 'timer'.
Or set a timer on your watch.
Easy thing to do. If you forget to command your battle it's your own fault :/ I don't support this becaues I love it when someone attacks me and doesn't command :P

Agreed Sky.

I always have timer set for when something big is being done.

Plus this would ruin the fun for other players... I mean who doesn't like killing off someone's freshly made army? ;)

Re: Vibration before commanding

DD, I didn't mean to add a signal when creating an army hehe that really would ruin the fun :) I always set up a timer when creating an army coz it lasts long. I meant to add it only before commanding. I just don't want to camp and watch every second on my phone everytime I send troops to get oasis that is ~10min away.

And setting a timer every 10min isn't so comfortable on iPhone... have to quit the game, go to clock, set it up, close and get back to game. And again and again. I need to get 4 new oasis atm.. and the timer technique takes some time :P I'm sure I'll overlook commanding of 2 of them... There's unnecessary mess in clock alarms (coz you have to delete them manually after ringing).

P.S. don't tell me I'm lazy :D

Sorry, but you are lazy if you think closing the app and setting a timer is to hard

Pay more attention to the time left, or your army will get lost. That's how the game works

Re: Vibration before commanding

lol another thing if you dont want a timer or to command then use cavs that will just walk over oases and forts and then you just need timers for your cats on PP hits :)
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

That's why I used cav ;) but you gotta remember to get them out of the oasis... 5k cav in an oasis is a nice treat lol

There is a countdown feature that is a lot easier to use, you can pick in how many minutes the alarm will go off, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, etc. So if you have a battle in 10 minutes then set it to 9 minutes and it will countdown from 9. It's a lot easier to use than setting a timer on your clock in-game

Re: Vibration before commanding

You guys are missing the point completly. Thought this probably won't be added... it's still useful to have this go off 60 seconds before an attack or so. I forget to set my timer sometimes... We all have multiple attacks and it's a pain to keep setting a timer.
It's a helpful add-on. Learn the difference between something helpful and something that's just pure laziness.
