How can you tell if someone has been banned?

There is someone on server57 who I thought probably hacked. I reported it to an expert. There person has now been silent for the last few days. He has told people via Facebook that he is in hospital and has no wifi but I know people that suspect that he has played on other servers? Is there any way of conferming it?

Put in their user and random letters for the pword, even if it's a false pword it will still pop up with the account banned msg if the acct is banned.

He was cheating and giving me a hard time. We were at war with his alliance. I also send a whole tonne of screenshots of him being mean to people. (personal comments) and also suggested that he hacked. (server 57 has very little/no active experts so people get away with not following the rules. If you tell anyone to stop they just sware at you instead :/
