Logged on and realized my coins are depleted! What happened?

Either you used them, someone hacked you or it's a bug... email kingdomsupport@haypi.com for the last two with screenshots (if they help) and your account username

i bought 2x sets of packages n 2x app, but have not recived my coins yet. i do have the bill . ive posted support 2x everyday and yet no respones,

one letter to support is more than enough. emailing them several times means they cannot help others with there problems quickly and will push your request to the bottom as they hate there inbox being spammed
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?
