Sector and crown

What exactly do they do. I am new and moving up fast. Spent some money but who cares. I have +45 to all my attributes and am a lvl 3. Thanks for the help

Look up information on levelling up and these are basiscally items u will need to reach higher levels

Scepter Usage- 1 for level 13, 3 for level 16, 2 for level 19, 4 for level 20.
Crown Usage-2 for level 19, 4 for level 20
