If Support111 was who was to be contacted, why didn't ANY of the responses I received tell me to do so?
I did also contact Elle yesterday -- I am told my troops will be returned, but they say they "can not" refund the coins used to speed up their production.
We paid to have troops made for immediate use -- those were all coins used in the time immediately before the troops were dispatched -- having the troops lost for SIX DAYS through no fault of our own certainly defeats the intent of speeding up production.
I am dismayed -- and will write a complaint to Apple about the coin rip-off and to the appropriate authorities if it doesn't get resolved. Our coins have essentially been stolen and Haypi doesn't WANT to fix it.
