I cant play the game

Was just now able to sign on for the second time in about 10 days since the new version upgrade, and I cannot play at all. Nothing on my city map (barracks, resources, wall, etc) are non workable. The screens do not pop up when I touch them. Just about the only thing I can do are the options in the tool bar (rank, chat, messages, treasure box). Also, the donation calculator is messed up. Everything shows 0 and stays on 0.

I am using a Windows 7 phone.

Have you attempted to uninstall then reinstall the game?

I would also sugest posting this here where other W7 users may be able to help.

I uninstalled and reinstalled like you suggested and it is working now.

I had a similar problem.. Does it not show the "Donation" button or simply sends a message saying "Error" or "Not enough..."?

No, it does none of those you mentioned.

I can click on the donation button an enter the screen. It is the calculator that is screwed up. All the resources you r going to donate are set at default 0, and it correctly shows what resources I have available to donate. But when I try to change the 0 to, lets say 7700 wood, it stays at 0. Also sometimes when I am fooling around with the wood trying to punch in the amount I want to donate, it sticks a number in another resource box (usually the number 1000). Oddly enough, my market works just fine for when I want to punch in an amount I want to buy or sell in market. Only the donation part is messed up.

And to clarify, it is not just the wood button but all resource fields that are stubborn and stays on 0, unless it does something funny and sticks 1000 in a resource field I was not even fooling with.

This is strange. Check for any updates you don't have. I would also try reinstalling once more for good measures.

If you haven't already, please post this issue here. After trying these steps let me know your progress. I will try and find more information about this for you.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled again and I have no updates for this game. The problem still persists. Please let me know if you figure something out. My alliance has already threatened to kick me out because I have no contribution points.
