You see why experts get hated? That's because experts like you that don't accept to be wrong and that another non expert corrected them. And lol @ your logic. We're on Haypi Kingdom's forums, every topic is relavant about Haypi Kingdom, if it wasn't, it should be in Off-Topic. I don't see any post in s9/103 section. Plus you want to know about a player because you had a friendly relations with him/her, so this might even be in Off-Topic.
BTW the other guy posted with no reason because I already gave that answer.
Everyone must follow rules/guidelines, experts firstly. Experts should also be polite if they are good experts, apparently you aren't.

This is appropriate for general discussion, considering no one goes on Haypi Worlds and this player may have multiple accounts. General Discussion is any, appropriate thing in relations to Haypi Kingdoms. Your rant on Experts, which i didn't feel like reading, because your not a strong enough player to be one.
