Server 58 Action Needed!

I am posting here a letter I have just sent to support so that additional Server 58 players can read this and comment here if they would like:

"Yolanda / Jessica / Support -

I have received two similar responses over the last 3 days that you "will check" but so far no additional response. 3 days ago, I sent definitive proof of Oath having an army larger than possible and in the meantime many players have quit because they see no point in continuing to play when they have no chance in this alliance war due to unfair advantages by Oath.

I am trying ONE MORE TIME to convince you to do something about this. Yesterday, I exchanged letters with ExcaliburX and after my telling him we all know he is cheating and that it is obvious based on Oath's army size that he is cheating, I received a response from him (attached as "Letter 1" and "Letter 2") admitting that they received duplicate armies several times. His explanation, as you'll see, is that they got these armies because of a "glitch". It personally makes no sense to me since clearly no alliances on the server have gotten duplicate armies. Instead, I believe he continues to exploit some sort of loophole in the game. I hope Haypi knows enough about it's game to judge one way or the other. EITHER WAY they have no ADMITTED to getting and more importantly USING duplicate armies and it is now time for Haypi to TAKE SOME ACTION! I can tell you that if Quantum would have received duplicate armies from a glitch we would never have used those troops and we would have commanded in such a way that those troops were sacrificed in the next battle with an unoccupied mine. But Oath has no such gaming ethics. Instead they used them to turn around and attack us and others with an impossibly large army as shown in the other attachments here. This resulted in all the other top alliances losing their armies. Now all of us know they are cheating and anytime one of us takes an unoccupied level 5 mine we are attacked soon after. Have a look at Server 58 alliance war map - Oath is the only one with a Level 5 mine. This despite the advantage we all gain in defense when they attack. Unfortunately, when they get duplicate armies this advantage is not enough.

Your inaction is killing the server. Many many players on this server are convinced that ExcaliburX has been cheating on his personal account for months now. I have no proof of this and have always stayed out of that debate. But at this point, I must say it makes sense to me and is the conclusion a logical person would make. Do us all a favor and BAN him now and disband Oath and let the rest of us enjoy Haypi under fair conditions.

I am attaching the two screen shots of the letter I refer to above and of one battle that shows Oath's larger-than-possible army (this and many others along with spreadsheet showing the math has previously been sent but I am including here again).

I would request a step further and have all devices and accounts linked to the oath alliance banned. Otherwise, ridding us of only the excal account will l do us in the server no good. He's admitted to being the owner of most if not all the oath accounts. He could just as easily repeat the same nightmare with any of his others.

lol rly? ban a whole alliance because a glitch of the game? plus notice that even if he explained to support what happened support hasnt do anything yet. that would be stupid to ban a whole alliance just for a glitch lol

That isnt really that big if they kept building up had lots of donations and used coins on spped up that is not large at all. On sever 59 my alliance builds 5k-10k cats a day along with a few thousand of other troops here and there.

I know alliances with 100k cats and a bunch of other units... It's not that hard, you just need to not get wiped

You don't know the full story. The day before that war report he attacked with around 60,000 cavalry and around 30,000 catapults which we were able to wipe completely. The next day, as you can see, he attacks again with the 39946 infantry, 0 cavalry, 363,126 archers, 39,688 catapults. We were subsequently wiped but as you see he was left with 16,312 catapults.

We tell everyone what is left of his army to try to get another alliance to finish them off but with no results. The next day he attacks and wipes another alliance again with, we were told, 56,000 catapults.

One day: (attack on Quantum)
60,000 cavalry
30,000 catapults

= wiped

Second day: (attack on Quantum)
39946 infantry
0 cavalry
363,126 archers
39,688 catapults

= 16,312 catapults left

Third day: (attack on Phoenix)
n/a infantry
n/a cavalry
n/a archers
56,000 catapults.

From 16,312 to 56,000 catapults in one day. Thats 39,688 more catapults in less than 24 hours.

Non-cheating timeframe with use of coins:
@639 catapults/hr x 24hr = 15,336 possible catapults.


PLEASE NOTE:
- He has already admitted to having troops duplicated in his own letter to TigerinOz.
- This is not the first incident of this phenomenon. This is the second, with 4 top alliances affected during the first incident.
- The troops numbers I have stated are not untouched troop numbers from the very first day of alliance war. He has dealt battles from the first incident and loss thousands of troops from it. He also takes level 5 mines which brings troop losses as well.
- He has multiple alternate accounts on our server. 6 reported accounts so far.
- We are not the first to have announced him as a cheater. There were others before us.

Ladies and gentlemen,

It is firmly believed by many of us, the Quantum alliance, nhoj13, and a few others, that Excaliburx and Oath have been cheating their way through this game. It has caused many of us grief and others to have quit the game altogether. This is a travesty. This can not go on any longer.

I spent a lot of time and money to get myself in a good position in the game. Same I did for our alliance Quantum for builing troops.

For a long time, I believed, it was possible Oath having such a big army.
After the second attack on our mine from Oath, which we lost, they remained with 16 k cats.

Some hours later, they attacked Phoenix with 56 k cats, which was impossible after the big losses they had earlier!!!

No other alliance takes now a level 5 mine. Everybody knows, Oath is unbeatable! After the letter of excal, he confirmed the glitch!

Now it makes no more sense to me to invest in a game in which I have no chance to win, because others use a glitch and duplicate their troops.

If there is no fast action from the admin, I have to quit the game!

Ok that seems a lot stronger of evidence than previously had

But I'd just like to point out one more thing, he could be messing with you guys, and his army is actually that big.

The times he was wiped, you can't be sure that was his whole army. It could be just a fraction of it.

The total army they could have started with is 0/60000/363000/126000

Unlikely, but maybe doable at this point in the game with enough coins

Nick - you are correct assuming the battle was on the day I had posted here. But in fact it was from last week and support's inaction prompted my post. That screen shot is from a battle on 6/9 at 16:18 GMT. Prior to that battle, I have screen shots proving Oath had lost 434K "people" worth of troops. After all, we all know that it is PEOPLE, not coins, that is the limiting factor in troop size. Yes, for some coins is a limit but at that point we had used the max coins on speedups that was possible and had built the largest army possible given the time provided. Using 6/2/11 and 5:00 GMT as the 3.0 start times (I think it was a few hours later but unfortunately I don't know the exact time released) and giving them credit for Level 2 people production from the start (obviously wasn't the case but again trying to be conservative here), they could have had 1.15M people to use (7.47 days since release * 24 hours * 6440 people). The army they brought that day alone would have required 1.33M people to build. Adding the 434K lost (minimum as I know they had other battles that I wasn't able to get screen shots of) in previous battles, it isn't even close.
Now the question is: does support want to do anything about it or would they rather we didn't play Haypi?
