I have been banned *For Chatting* what does that mean?

I got letter saying

Subject: Banned

Field: You have been banned FOR CHATTING.

im confused! I got that letter on June 1st!

Still banned!>?

I asked an expert and they said it was for *Cussing*

PLEASE! an expert please help!

How long is a ban for the first time for cussing?

my friend got one like that. it was for discussing a virus that had infected his computer. i fixed it for him but he was banned from chatting for 3 weeks

the best way is to mail support and talk about it privately. thats the only way to get it resolved
