Cavalry most certainly "cannot "attack hit a catapult that's moving backwardss!!"It just wont happen,take our word on it.
Best setup I've found is Speed +100 rest split between Attack/Defense.
And Max Heal rest into cranny break
also max your techs and Items s lvl 15 then enhance 2 lvl 2 do your horse first
