Crashes

Everytime I get attacked my app crashes and I can't get on, I just lost 16,000 prestige because of it, this is the second time it has happened! I have Bo chance to hide my troops at all! It's unfair... I have screenshots, where can I send those for proof?

Reset your device and reinstall. Try mailing your support in-game or go to help --> support --> contact us and tell them how/why you lost troops.
You could also try emailing kingdomsupport@haypi.com but they are as slow as molasses in investigating issues such as these.
