I had an expert talk directly with support on pal to remind them to look into it and get back to me. She gave them complete details. This was about 2 months ago. Still no response. So forgive me if I don't have much faith in that system.

Life is all about 2nd chances. If anything be persistent since it's not being fixed yet! Give it 1 minute and send an email!

The "Data error" message is a display error which will be fixed soon. Sorry for the inconvenience and please wait for the next update.

I see. Can you elaborate a bit on what it was supposed to say instead of "Data Error"?
