Data Error

I find it hard to believe this is the reason for "Data Error" it sounds like there was a problem server side! Hopefully support will reply or you can email kingdomsupport@haypi.com most replies come by the next morning American time!

I've been waiting for a reply to my last email to them for almost 5 months now...

Try sending them another email! Perhaps it got skipped over?

I had an expert talk directly with support on pal to remind them to look into it and get back to me. She gave them complete details. This was about 2 months ago. Still no response. So forgive me if I don't have much faith in that system.

Life is all about 2nd chances. If anything be persistent since it's not being fixed yet! Give it 1 minute and send an email!

This was not the first time they dropped the ball on me... Not getting into it again. Stay on topic.
