Unknown error 1

I'm unable to post on forum and can't log into main account but it will let me login to my second account just fine any suggestions? Thought maybe I got banned on my main account. Don't know why I would but keeps saying unknown error 1 I'm sure I've lost everything again for the third time now would like a response sent an email but haven't got a reply yet any suggestions would b greatly appreciated thx

I dont have this problem, only map problem, why dont you try deleting app, then re-instal, it worked for me before.

I just tried to login on an acct I know to be banned. The message was login error 3......

I'm guessing You weren't banned but are experiencing some other technical difficulty. I wouldn't take my word for it though, wait for support to contact you.

I will say that any time an acct of mine was banned, support was diligent about contacting me first and offering me the option to disprove their allegations before they hit me with the ban.

I've tried deleting and re-installing still doesn't work I'll wait patiently like always hopefully I'll hear something soon thanks for the suggestions ...its just strange to me that I can't access my main account but I'm able to access my second account just fine??? Got a lot of questions like why I can't use forums on my main account either its just strange...But I have faith in admin

My Android 2.2 got the same problem..
Sign in and it is just show on unknown error 1, sign in with default account it is just telling me to update my version, but i never get a new version in the Android market~ what is the problem recently?

this is stupid i can not get onto either of my accounts even after reinstalling!!!!!! i get error 3 on my iphone and when i log in on samsung i get error 1, this is outradious i was in the middle of an attack!!!!!

Haypi promised to refund your troops... But that takes time, effort, and they usually get dropped off into your city at the wrong time so they get killed anyway

I guess u can help me, I´m trying to move a sub but I can´t. Haypi app close automaticaly when I confirm coords and then report says "unknown error 1". I´m not upgrading, buinding, hunting or transporting and I have more than 20 coins. I also have version 3.02. I have an Huawei android.
Help me please, I have tryed to contact support but there is no answer until now...
