Map problem in 3.02

About your troops... if you contact your support member in your server you will get them back.
Not sure about how to start your game, sorry.

I have a number of members in my alliance with the same problem..... We are all originally from s12, so have been playing at least a year now.... But because of the map issue I have already had one loyal member quit haypi completely as they called back troops and couldn't hunt them again.

Others in my alliance are not far behind this, and the only reason they are staying at the moment is because I am harvesting the hunts and rehunting and refreshing their crop oases for them....

This is getting to be the last straw for a lot of players as there seems to be constant issues arising.... The least that can be done is a message sent out to everyone apologizing and giving a timeframe for this to be fixed.... I don't really care about any reimbursement, just an update on what's going on with this bug.

I use iphone2, iOS 3.1. I cannot access the map for version 3.01 and 3.02. It always close the application when I enter the map.

I lost all troops and many prestigues because of this error. What should I do????

No matter what u do doenloading app again turning on turning off nothing will fix this i have played the game for well over a year i play on 4 servers an i cant attack hunt take oasis nothin ive lost most my armies ive spent a lot of money on haypia this is a disgrace the money this game takes in revenue especially from pvp an they cant fix a simple glitch an cant even be bothered to notify all players when they will fix this if this isnt fixed in next few days they can forget me playing again not that they prob care dont change what doesnt need fixing its simple but its gone too far now sick of it

Yes the map after 3.2 update stays blank when I try to locate a city or scout someone it will stay loading but never load the map

What device are you on. I am on the IOS and I have no problem like that.

I use iOS 3.1.3 and i have been experiencing the same problem as everyone else, i am being booted from the game whenever i try to open the map. May i suggest making it a possibility for people to downgrade the map to the pre-3.0 haypi update? This would provide a useable map to people experiencing the problem until it can be fixed.

currently haypi is set to run on ios 3.2 and above so you could just update your ios then it should work

Get version 3.03. It works Great. Just got it today.
