how to get the city ?I attack the city, and win but not get the city.

check war report l0yalty must be at 0 to take over a city/fort and you also need to have an open spot for it.

Basically it goes like this;

You cannot steal another players main city, but you can take a sub city.
To win a sub city you must reduce it's loyalty to 0.
Each attack will reduce the loyalty by 10% (providing you win each time) - however, each player is limited to 5 attacks per day against any one player.

This means one of two things.
First, you may choose to have an alliance member or friend attack and win 5 times reducing the loyalty to 50% where you can then jump in and claim the other 5 wins (-50% loyalty) winning yourself the city.

Or secondly, you can time your attacks so that 5 land before the timer resets for the day, then 5 immediately after not giving the enemy city time to regain loyalty.

Whoever claims the final attack will claim the city providing they have an available city slot.
If there is no available city slot, the enemy city will remain at 0 loyalty for a period of time after which it will slowly begin to increase again.



Note: On the off chance you were referring to claiming Fortified points, you need to win 3 consecutive attacks against any one fort to claim ownership - again providing you have an available slot to hold one.

Just to add to what was said...your attacks get refreshed when you take your daily gift not when haypi time strikes 00:00:00 so you can put in 10 attacks pretty quick if you do it right and take without help. Though taking subs is a great way for your alliance to get involved together and there's always a nice good laugh and cheer afterward

Just to add from previous posts.. To be specific, main city has flags on it and sub city hasn't. Sub cities are capturable but not main.. have fun stealing subs:D
