Upgrade times listed are different than actual time needed

5. When trying to upgrade my buildings, at least for my main city, the time that is listed before I click upgrade is always much shorter than the actual time it takes once I choose to upgrade. I am not sure if this listed time is just innaccurate, or if upgrading my Main Buildings have not affected the time needed for upgrades by lowering it, which seems to be the case. This has been going on for some time, since the update, but possibly longer, as when the buildings were lower level there weren't notable differences between upgrade times.

For example, today, at the time listed, I went to upgrade one of my cropland slots in my main city from lvl 14 to lvl 15. My Main Building had completed fully upgrading to max level of 20. When looking at the time it said would be required for upgrade, it said it would take 10 hrs 52 mins. When I actually hit upgrade, and was taken back to my city view, it is taking 24 hrs 8 mins.

This is just one example, it has been happening every time I upgrade something, the time listed as required is shorter than the actual time. It seems as if the Main Building is only reducing the time being listed as required, and not the actual amount of time.

6. If there is something wrong with my account, I would like the error fixed, and it would be nice if I had some sort of gift to help with the many extra hours I've spent upgrading my buildings. If everything is working as intended, and it is actually supposed to take 24 hrs to upgrade from lvl 14-15 croplands with a maxed lvl 20 Main building, then I just want my listed upgrade times to be correct, that's all.

Ya. I have this problem when I do tech center updates.

This is not a misreading times on upgrades if main building is supposed to reduce times for other buildings than why are the upgrade times with a lvl 20 main stil consistently x2 or x2.5 times longer. Than what is listed on res needed upgrade page it is not MISREAD THEY ARE WRONG. Can we plz get a more intelligentv reply for our concerns yes you may be an expert and write guides but did you write any of the code for the game maybe but don't lay it on MSREAD because you don't know and linking a guide that doesn't even come close to what was asked is a waste of all of our time. So mr expert stop being high and mighty and actually give some real advice and help

Ok I have tried uninstall and redownload but still get upgrade build times that are almost double what they are stated on upgrade page. My main building in main city is max lvl 20 even my troop train times are almost as bad. Really beginning to think its a bug. I know of a lot more players have same problem but not posted plz if not an easy fix just some clarity would be nice this issue is totally opposite of tutorial and guides. Thank you.

For what it's worth, alliance troops also have the same problem in a MAJOR way...

If the main city is max it takes about 50% off the upgrade times so it could be a bug related to that.
I also recently upgraded a 12 hour building and it turned out to be 24...
