Support

So I am on server 76 and for the past couple days, support has not helped me or lettered me back. I know I am not the only one with this problem. Anyone know how to get alliance troops back from a glitch? They just disappeared. Support isn't helping so I thought I'd come to the forums. Thanks!

Go to help --> support --> contact us or mail support76. The first method is probably better because if you mail support in-game your mail might be pushed out by other people's mail

Hope it works... If it doesn't then the two last resort methods are contact them via Palringo (which you'll have to ask around for their user ID) or email kingdomsupport@haypi.com (which will probably not get you a reply)

Ya I tried that email. It came back and said was rejected upon request by recipient...lol they rejected me! haha

i was told that sometimes u can train troops and they sometimes come back

Ok I understand. It's just email isn't working either or when you go to help-support-and scroll down and click on that...nothing is working..

Have you upgraded to 3.0.2? I'll letter you in-game xD. David just might be getting too many letters.
