Yes. I think that choosing a new leader is a great idea. I lost my old alliance because the leader got an offer at a better alliance.

Yeah this is a good idea a lot of alliances have been lost because of quitting.

Yeah I quit my server because alliances wouldnt last for more than a day. People have no patience lol.

yea, I've had it happen that an alliance has to break up and reform to get a new leader

Well, there should be an area where the alliance leader can apoint a new leader. That way, alliances never HAVE to break up.
