Alliance / Allie wars
I suggest that they leader can have the power to give leadership to a vice without disbanding Because if the leader quits. the Allie is gonna lose a lot and then no one can give up mines and it would force them to wait another 15 min till another Allie take there mine. But the Allie always needs it's leader active and leaders change. Also name change. For like 500 coins Allie can change name that would be good

Let's say there is 2 allies one called storm and the other is called power. A member from storm wants to join power. There should be 2 ways.
1 quit the Allie and lose donation points.
2. If approved by leader of storm and leader of power u can be moved by the system and not Lose ur points.
