33K Army Lost

Transported army from one city to another, it just disapeared! There were
plenty of crops.

1st try restarting the app and reinstalling it. if this doesnt work then mail kingdomsupport@haypi.com

If Nathons first thing doesnt work, delete the app and reinstall it. Don't worry, you will not lose any data. It is stored online. When the download is dne, just go in, log in, and probally see your troops there.

Try and build one of each troop in your city this sometimes makes ur troops reappear. It has worked for me if that doesn't work then message support by sending a letter to support(server#) or kingdomsupport@haypi.com with what happened. Oh and sometimes troops come back randomly in a few hours when the disappear o.O (this has also happened to me) :p

hey at least you didnt get kicked out of the game while you were trying to hunt and thats why you were wiped lol

and... try checking all cities, oasis, forts, actions, crop consumption, mail your support in-game or go to help --> support --> contact us because I really honestly doubt you'll get a reply from kingdomsupport@haypi.com
