Haypi is a BUSINESS

Businesses are for making money. Haypi doesn't exist just to amuse us, they are here for MONEY. They made a good game and probably make pretty decent prodits. WELL DONE HAYPI. Everyone needs to stop complaining about all the coin based things. Yes, something for everyone would be good, like new troops or buildings but they still need funding and I don't see any players giving Haypi money for nothing so coins is the way forward

I agree. To develop a game takes skills, degree, and hardwork. For sure making a game involves money and for the purpose of money. But in my opinion, haypi do cares about their players suggestions and feelings. Free coins removal isnt haypi fault and i was sadden to fount out myself that it got removed. Sadly, haypi can only do so much for their loyal players..

For me, go haypi!! Show us what you all programmers capable of. Make the game better and i will play this game til i have a grandson..

Before you get too far on your high-and-mighty rant about people complaining, you should think about what would happen to any other company that ran the same way.

If Apple sold you a phone that barely connected to the network, glitched every time you openned an app, and constantly died, I'm sure you would complain. Haypi essentially did just that and since they are a business, its customers (the players) have every right to complain.

As for the complaints about coin driven updates. ALL updates are money driven. The most successful games on the iTunes market offer large updates for free (Angry Birds, Infinity Blade, etc). Haypi has never attempted to strike a balance between coin updates and non-coin updates.

That's what I have got off Apple though. I've got an iPod that after about a year doesn't support the latest software properly, crashed and restarted for 10 min straight yesterday, the volume button is broken, I can't play music sometimes without it jumping constantly... Anyway, you don't have to buy coins if you don't want to. So it's up to you wether Haypi is a free app or not. You can get enhancement stones without coins. Alliance war without coins. The new scrolling system for the map, I don't recall paying for that

Angry Birds free? Relook at your Itunes store every season they release a new version that is worth 99cents

Bugs? Realize how many servers, players, and interactiveness that Haypi offers. To update without having some bugs is just madness. That isnt even including the players who try to hack, glitch, or lag the game.

Complaints? Complaints are one thing but impatient trolling because everything doesnt work immediately isnt constructive. Email support, tell them the issue, and let them work on it. It works better than going on wc or forum ranting that haypi doesnt have the players interest in mind when they are obviously still updating while other games dont even to bother updating their own info. New servers are being added along with new growing player base

Free Features? All aspects of Haypi Kingdom can be used and access by just logging in and not paying coins. You can even get coins via DG and PvP Competition. Now if you are impatient and cant wait for units to build or want to rank using city drop that is up to you. Coins are what we call a LUXURY and hence you pay for it with real money to have an EDGE on other players. Why do you expect this to be free?

Network Issues? Are you on wifi or have the most up to date hardware? I believe you should buy an Iphone 4 or Ipad to be able to use the Retina Display properly. Mine works perfectly after I updated the app to fix the map issues and have no complaints what so ever

Company Lifetime? Haypi has been around for over a year while apps barely last 1 month. We have veteran players that have been here from the start and servers are constantly being opened so we will always be given new players

I think point has been made. Regardless of what anyone has to say regarding Haypi and how it may be run, they are will always have a successful track record of constantly keep their servers operating and always giving us the opportunity to escape reality and chat with others in the game

1) Many games (including Angry Birds) provides you with a lot of free content. I even have a few season versions that were free as well. The point being, is that Haypi could implement ideas that didn't involve coins. I don't mind the bonuses coins provide, however adding content that isn't coin-driven is just as important.

2) Players still have the right to rant if the product isn't satisfactory. They may not get a response if they are belligerent about it. Every company receives bad feedback from time to time, Haypi just needs to work on these items a bit more.

3) Bugs? I do realize how many servers (virtual servers), players, and interactiveness that Haypi offers and honestly it isn't that much. I do QA on these types of things every day and I can guarantee you Haypi is one of the worst I've seen on providing solid updates. Low defects are acceptable, medium defects are usually OK if they don't impact large functionality and resolved in patched quickly, but this last updated had many critical defects.

I enjoy HK as much as anyone else, but Haypi needs a lot of improvement in the customer support and QA areas.

There is no free content in Angry Birds, or any other paid app, because you have to PAY to get it.
