Well it seems we are one of the only servers to have not posted anything in our server forum so...how is everybody?

Hi

Haypi has been having these "log-in" issues where you cannot log in for some 10-15 minutes in the midst of fort farming and disaster happens. Does anyone ever get this issue hitting them?

I have reported this happening for at least 3 times if not more and it always turn to a deaf ear. Can't they investigate and acknowledge the issue? Have some feature that allows us to attach the war report and compensate us on our hard built army?

I have made special efforts to connect to other on-line games and it's never a connectivity issue. Definitely a server log-in issue on Haypi side.

Take snapshots of war report if haypi is having connectivity errors when servers are back up, and send them to kingdomsupport@haypi.com

Also this will make the process easier and faster
