Log into my game and everything is showing nothing,no resources or anything what's going on?

restart the app or delete and reinstall the app and it should correct your problem if that doesnt work send an email to support

Shut off and reinstall device. Otherwise just open app and wait, it takes a while to register sometimes.

It does that to me sometimes, all I do is build 1 infantry and the pres comes back up and then everything else.
