Quick suggestion to the alliance tab

I think it would be great if a leader could post an advertisement in the alliance list about the alliance. Something like an about us. It could be put on the alliance list next to the ask to join tab. A leader could post his experience there and why somebody should join one alliance over the other. The option could also include a members list. However the members list should be something that can be disabled by the leader.

The join alliance task would need to be rewritten to explain to people about the new feature.

This would clear up the chat from the annoying alliance ads. I get bombarded by them every single time I start on a new server.

I disagree. alliance ads in world chat is fine

I think its a great idea. Alliances(most) wont STOP posting there flipping ads! Its not like anyone actually joins them.

You realize this will in no way stop alliance ads on world chat... So if you guys think this is the one thing to stop ads, I'm sorry to dissappoint

Yeah not a very good idea. When people pick alliances they go by ads or rank. If you are a small alliance people won't see you on the ranking system so they won't join you, in the end people will start postig ads. Nice thought just not a good idea.
