Jailbreak Halp

So I was using Haypi when all of the sudden, I felt the urge to jailbreak my iPod. This wasn't the first time, but as I jump from version to version and jailbreak attempt to jailbreak attempt, I freak out and quit.

Enter now. iPod generation 2, 4.2.1. Apple said this is the last version for generation two. No 4.3.3, none of that. And Green Poison looks really good. However, I found myself trying again. And I actually did it. But unfortunately, I'm led to believe I did it wrong, as it took nearly 7 minutes to start up whenever I tried to start it up, and it froze.

So I reset my iPod and hoped I would do it again, but just the time it took to restore my iPod discouraged me.

So I'm wondering, how do I efficiently jailbreak my generation two 4.2.1 iPod?

Have you tried jailbreakme.com? I don't know if it works, but check it. I've heard good things about it.

Be careful what you suggest in threads like these. I know that Jailbreakme.com only works on certain versions and 4.2.1 isn't one of them. Trying almost bricked my iPod, once.

Did you read all of the posts?

Jailbreakme.com is not compatible with 4.2.1
