50% I say because it would allow for those inactives(that all alliaces have) to not vote and the process still take place.
75% would be good

100% nope'or you could just have the leader make the vice leader then the leader becomes vice. like a swap

I didnt even think of inactives how about 60 percent or 50 percent?

What if a "non-vote" counted as a "no" and you needed 50%?

That would mean an active alliance is needed or an overwhelming support of people to say yes because the people who don't vote get counted against eachother... Just a thought
