Does any one else have problems with support on server 59

I have alot of different accounts, spent a decent amount of money on my account yet I can not get any kind of response from Support on server 59. It is crazy. He sent me a letter saying he will get back to me in 2-3 days, it's now been over a month and still no response, plus now I have two other glitches I need them to look in to and still no response. What does a paying customer have to do get a response? File a complaint with apple, file disputes with my credit card company? But I will say support on s80 has been great, quick friendly responses. But Jerry is non existent... Anyone got ideas how to get him to respond?

Another person in the same server had the same problem as well and I have already notified the support member
