Last night in alliance war, I attacked a mine with my army. When the battle started I realized that I was out matched. So I tried to call back my troops but an error continued to pop up. I tried several times and the error continued to show up. I lost my entire army. What happened? I should have been able to call back my troops. I had plenty of coins. I don't think this is very fair especially since my vice and I spent about $200 to get those coins , to build an alliance army. I lost 8100 infantry and 2000 cats. Something needs to be done to fix this.

Make sure you scout the mine properly before you attack ! If it was an un occupied mine you need around 6k cats to take it ! If you were stealing a mine scout it before you do it to check hat their army size is ! You can make a guess from the rough figures on how many troops are in the mine

The problem was that I couldn't call back my troops. An error continued to pop up on the screen. I know how to play the game. The thing that upsets me is that I spent a lot of money to build that army. I should have been able to call them back.

Withdrawing from battle is not allowed in Alliance Wars; the button is still there, but it is disfunctional. Good luck rebuilding your army! :)

Please kindly note that once an alliance battle starts, neither attacker alliance nor defender alliance can withdraw the troops.
As for the withdraw button display while in alliance war, could you please tell us what device you are using?
