"only support one devices"

I have had a haypi account for a while now, and my question is can I continue to play my account on a new device? I started my account on an ipod touch, but just recently bought a new android tablet. When I try to log in my account using the android tablet, I get the message "only support one devices" I contacted support and they told me that I can play the same account using different devices, but it still will not work. I would much rather continue on my current account than have to start a new one.

idk it let me play on 2 devices o.e log out of one device and log in on the other maby

you can use two devices to play on an account however not at the same time therefore you need to log out of one device in order to play on the other device
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?
