Next worst problem is "Session timed out, please login again" for no reason and no particular interval.
Elly from support educated me to feed crop. I was stunned she did not even acknolwedge this part of the issue. Not sure if anyone is facing but I am losing wars as I got to relogin.
Next issue was, It was not refreshing warehouse supply levels or even coins. Kept showing old numbers or zeros. This is long pending issue but workout was to just go to another city and come back it will show. Today both issues are little less may be as well due to change in phone but both exist.
I once bought coins but app crashed and did not get credited. Support Elly has no clue how to show that I got coins which never did.
They show 18% probability of Enhancing a particular level which should mean 5 attempts with one success in it. I lost 660 coins still did not get that due to bug and Support Elly mentioned to feed the troop.
No help so far except denial. Recent reviews for this app clearly shows same concerns on app issue and support issue.
Spending hunderds of dollars and not even receiving proper response. Compare this to 20 bucks we pay retail software, they serve a lot more to customer.
Customer management is not something easy where anyone can excel and who does not go sooner into history book.
