Haypi, Respect Customer First !!!

I was on iphone 3g with haypi 2.0.3 and it was nightmare with "please check connection" issue. So, moved on to Android Motorola Bravo 2.2 and it was good. But last 3 days after 3.0.9 upgrade "please check connection" issue haunted which these guys are now saying it is due to some other people.

Next worst problem is "Session timed out, please login again" for no reason and no particular interval.

Elly from support educated me to feed crop. I was stunned she did not even acknolwedge this part of the issue. Not sure if anyone is facing but I am losing wars as I got to relogin.

Next issue was, It was not refreshing warehouse supply levels or even coins. Kept showing old numbers or zeros. This is long pending issue but workout was to just go to another city and come back it will show. Today both issues are little less may be as well due to change in phone but both exist.

I once bought coins but app crashed and did not get credited. Support Elly has no clue how to show that I got coins which never did.

They show 18% probability of Enhancing a particular level which should mean 5 attempts with one success in it. I lost 660 coins still did not get that due to bug and Support Elly mentioned to feed the troop.

No help so far except denial. Recent reviews for this app clearly shows same concerns on app issue and support issue.

Spending hunderds of dollars and not even receiving proper response. Compare this to 20 bucks we pay retail software, they serve a lot more to customer.

Customer management is not something easy where anyone can excel and who does not go sooner into history book.

Hmmm, I am having connection issues on a good connection too, reported it to Angela days ago.

First of all, sorry for letting you down.

If you lose troops because of you fail to login the game, please send your lost city troop report time or war report time to your in game support. We will double check if the problem is on our end.

If you have brought coins and they didnot show up, please tell us which platform did you use to purchase coins and if possible, please offer us more info and then we can help you out.

There is probability of success when it comes to enhancement, but please note 18% probabilty means you have 18% of success EACH TIME you try to enhance that item to a certain level. This is not a bug and it never means you must have 1 success in 5 attempts.

If we havenot lived up to your expectation, we feel very sorry. Please offer us more details when you encounter any problem and we will do our best to help you sort it out.

I am missing coins also, I got a text message when I bought coins and it charged my account, but I didn't receive any coins on my account. They need to fix their game ASAP!

What good will emailing a support link do me? How do I know this will be fixed or not? answer me that??

Support.... You say to email you....

....But I email you about my problems and you make up numbers for my crop levels and claim that's the reason why i starved (8,7,6,6 does not equal 15,15,15,15)

Then when I point that out you go about 10 days without even acknowledging me.

Honestly, it feels like you guys aren't even trying to help me, with all the generic responses and the non helpful replies

They need to stop working on new projects/games and focus on the problems in Haypi Kingdom.

I got locked out for afew hours a couple of days ago. During that time I lost all 5 of my subs, 5/6th of my army and a decent chunk of pp.

I lettered support and received a reply saying only lost troops and pp can be repayed.

So far I have received nothing back (not that I could maintain my army without subs - best one was 4x18 crop)

I realise the issue isn't all haypis fault but even support replying would be nice.........

Ya whatever. You can't ss issues on a droids and support has never ever refunded my troops or coins. The response I've gotten all week is just 1 word . Sorry. Haypi does not care about any issues or complaints , they just want our money. I realized this after they took 300$ from my account without approval months ago and then told me there was no proof I didn't order it and no proof i received no coins.
